    Is this Section 21 letter all in order?

    Hi my daughter has been renting from a private landlord for the past 11 years and she received recently some solicitors forms to sign and send back.
    Are these forms all in order?
    I read on a BBC website today that my daughter should be in receipt of a gas safety certificate and an energy performance certificate? ( not received)
    Also we dont know if her deposit has been protected.
    Any advice appreciated.

    Q? Is this Section 21 letter all in order?
    A: In my view, on its face, it is 'in order'.

    But that is not the only reason why the 6a notice may not be valid:
