    Hi,

Can anyone offer any advice please.

I live at number 2 (as per pics) and are trying to fathom out the driveway behind the property’s of us (plus number 1 and 3) on our street.

Can anyone explain how the ownership works as number 1 is is confusing as we are assuming we are having to let number 3 access their rear but wouldn’t number 1 have to allow us and number 3 also.

it seems they could just block it all off?

Please provide the wording of your land registry title. You have shown us extracts of the title plans.

Have you checked what, if anything, is on the entry for your property on the Land Register Title Register? Each of the three houses appears to own the section of roadway at the rear of their gardens so I'd expect to see something in the Title Register stating that neighbouring properties have a right of way over the roadway for purposes of access.

Are the buildings along the roadway garages belonging to each of the three houses?

All opinions expressed are based on my personal experience. I am not a lawyer and do not hold any legal qualifications.

Yes, we have already seen these, thank you. Please supply the text - the words - of your Land Registry title.
