Just after some advice. I have a 3 year tenancy agreement, with a 6 month break clause after 12 months. This 12 months has now lapsed and I would like to invoke the break clause. However, I'm quite unsure how I go about doing this and any notice period I would have to give. For background, my LL and I are not on best terms. There is no mention of any notice period in the tenancy agreement. Would I be correct to assume one month standard notice?
