When you object to the planning remember you do not have a right to a view...get in touch with your local councillor urgently and ask for help and support. I also would like to know where the letter is going. As a councillor myself I am currently helping residents dealing with neighbours who are doing far worse than keeping footballs - the situation has been ongoing for over a year and the council are reluctant to act and have few powers. I would think the dispute would already have to be declared before any sale...

The council have responded to the planning complaint stating it is an 'unauthorised development' but that they deem it not 'expedient to pursue further enforcement action'

The letter I write was going to the local councillor.

I made a statement to the police this morning about the harassment, threats and abuse we've been subjected to and they have taken that seriously. Myself and my 10 year sold are the victims.

They have also included the footballs in this as they have demonstrated they are wishing to 'permanently deprive' us of our possessions.
