    Right to buy transfer of equity

    Hi all

    we (3 people) own a right to buy property with no mortgage on it.

    We have owned the property just over 10 years.

    One person wishes to be removed from the property/deeds.

    do we have to involve the council in this? I don’t think we do as it’s past the 10 year point but want to make sure
