Having been a tenant of 3 housing association ( each spanning 10 years each). Two of which was forced to terminate my tenancy due to constant failings to exercise their contractual obligation to me as a tensnt.
i was blackmailed,bullied belittlrd by housing staffs into bribg silent - which i refused. I have evidences to collobrste with sll that went on
i was s professional and lost everything with having to give away my furntures etc due to no abode and dsmsged done to my possessions by the racist.
To date , i feel i am blackballed from obtaining a place of my own. I am currently renting one room, in private accomodatioj with 6 men, which is not ideal as s femsle.
Anyways, a yeat ago i registered with a housing association whom initally lied. I was told the incidents that happened tp me by my previous association will be taken into consideration when it came to assessing my application. Only to find out that npne of it had been taken into consideration and i was awarded a low priorty banding. I also later found out that 3 of the associations that had me endure savage race hate for 3 decades have became partners with the association . This is more likely their influence had an impact on their decision ?
Anyways, throughout the years of the ordeal i went tgrough the complaints procedure ombuddmsn, MP,charitable organisations. All of which are paid under the table ( im sure) to not intervene.
i want to be able to obtain a flat ( certsinly not with any of the previous associstions ) as my current circumstances is not ideal . do not have the finance to private rent a flat . I do not have a guarantour.
i have approached legsl services, but the moment " o wush to take action against the housing associstion", they shy away.
Citizebs advice shelter and all those bodies are usekess and paid to gatekeep
i would like some sound independant advice and analysis of the situatuon
