Do I need a Solicitor to put my partners name on some of my property,?

  • Do I need a Solicitor to put my partners name on some of my property,?

    As the title asks, am I able to put my Partners name on some of my property , or do I need to use a Solicitor, please can anyone advise me?

    Engaging a solicitor to do this is not mandatory.

        Do you want to add your partner's name as joint tenants?

        If you do and want to change the title deeds yourself, please read

        You will need to complete form TP1 and pay a fee
