As the title asks, am I able to put my Partners name on some of my property , or do I need to use a Solicitor, please can anyone advise me?

Engaging a solicitor to do this is not mandatory.Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.
