  • Planning Fraud

I bought some land with my partner.
They approached me about renting some of the land out I agreed.
    The council granted planning permission.
    The land was rented out.
My partner refused to share the income. Stating the business was in their name as the planning was in their name only.
That means they lied to the planning department as it is jointly owned on land registry.
They stated on the planning application they were the only owners and therefore I didn't receive the required notice required in law.

Can I just padlock the land up so no one can enter? Or what other remedies are there.

Planning officer has said it's fraud but I need to get an expensive judicial review.

    Thanks
