I hope I've managed to attach the T&Cs in 3 parts.

I have had a brief look at the T & C's and I cannot see anything on there. But let some of the other more experienced take a look. It talks more about renting the property and the do's and don'ts etc from what I can see.

I got a refund from GMAC on an old redeemed mortgage. They refused at first, even saying they not correspond with me any further on the subject. They only came towards me after I took out a county court claim. First the ackowledged the claim, then they submitted a fat defence written in jibberish and then they wrote to me making an offer. From the issue of the claim to the receipt of a cheque took just 3 weeks. In my case I gladly accepted £1000 on my £1500 claim.

Does anyone have the full mortgage conditions? I note that those saved onto this blog are only parts of the full document? I need to see the whole document.
