  • Housing Disrepair Claim

    Hello,

I am looking for a solicitor who will take on a housing disrepair claim against a private landlord. The landlords are prominent doctors so payment shouldn't be an issue.

Let me know if you can recommend someone.

    Thanks,
    Eoin

Can you give more detail please - are you still renting the property? What is the base of the claim? What do you want?

We had rats on the property for 3 years and inside the house for 2 years. They chewed into handbags and other items of ours. Damage approx £1,000.

We reported it to the council and had to move out in the end.
