Very concerning business model, believed to be a consumer trap. Terrible service and leaves you paying £1999 for nothing except for some photos. Shocking how a modern company takes advantage by verbally persuading clients to take the pay later option as opposed to no sale no fee. I was wholly taken advantage of and given false assurances just to ensure I signed the contract. As soon as I signed my agent dropped off a cliff with exception of 2 viewings, one of which he barged in unannounced whilst I was on a call and blocked in my neighbour. He then failed to give me back my spare keys despite persistent requests, a concerning security risk. And now I’m being chased by them and debt collectors to pay £1999. Clearly hidden commissions for the agents - this company needs a full investigation.

Welcome.
Are you saying that you agreed a fixed fee, rather than a (possibly more expensive) commission basis, and that you are now being pressed to pay that fee?
The terms of the contract need to be examined carefully.Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.
