At an AGM can a director tell shareholders who is responsible for criminal damage if the person is also a shareholder/leaseholder? Caught on CCTV, and seen with a metal bar next to another broken item after a loud noise. There have also been things going missing, the last occurrence caught the culprit on CCTV. Both are attributable to the same person.

It's irrelevant that the alleged culprit is also a shareholder, the question should surely be why the residents' manangement association hasn't reported it to the police and provided them with the CCTV evidence? All opinions expressed are based on my personal experience. I am not a lawyer and do not hold any legal qualifications.

The police have issued a 'community resolution' for the theft. Generally speaking, would naming the person and the crime be OK. The culprit is a general pain in the arse, but he turns on the charm with people who don't know better and claims he's hard done by etc.
