Just moved into a flat. When viewing, we were told it by the estate agent that it has it's own 'allocated' parking and sure enough, on the wall beside the spot, is a sign saying "Private parking - Flat X only' however there is no mention of it in the lease.
I understand the parking spot was purchased with the flat originally (There's only 2 or 3 'allocated' spaces with 30 spaces in total for 54 flats so competition is a little fierce
Keeping it simple - is it reasonable to assume the 'property' also includes the parking spot?
