Does anyone know if the land registry hold assents or deed of gifts that list more than one property on each title or only hold relevant info for each property. I'm trying to prove my house was signed over to me by my mum but all documents in a fire and house unregistered. But was listed on an assent and deed of gift with other properties that were registered. its my last hope.

Have you asked the Land Registry?

I would expect that if the assents had been drafted by a solicitor, there would have been separate documents for each property.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

Unfortunately this was back in 1990 and 1991 so the solicitors do not exist any more. I think they are on seperate assents and have a copy of one of them but I believe there may have been some sort of schedule that lists everything to so was holding out hope for that. I had a look on the land registry website and saw there were various forms I could fill in but to be honest as I don't know what I am looking for I didn't know which form to use. Thanks for your responses
