  • Easment nightmare

I live on the end of a row of houses, the neighbour at the opposite end of the row uses the easment constantly, though she has no reason to as she can go out her own garden, she is disturbing our family and now getting aggressive.

the deeds say right of access foot only to those entitled

    my questions are

1.How do I find out who is entitled
2.If she has her own access how can she have the right to use the easment
    3. Claiming I have to widen the gates as she is getting a wider mobility scooter
    4. Can I remove her rights if she continues to be a nuisance

    1 Look to the deeds.

2 There is no reason to limit her access to any one point.

3 No reason to expand the access width. Her right of access is by foot only.

4 Very doubtful. Being a nuisance may mean such a wide range of things.
