Property Management won’t do repairs to roof
I am first time buyer that got deceived by a corrupt vendor and estate agent. I live in a first floor maisonette. The loft space is not in my lease but have been infested with squirrels. I reported it in March 2022, followed through their complaints procedure, escalated it to the Ombudsman who upheld my complaint
, I took the compensation but the squirrels are still there now my electrics are playing up. I have anxiety and IBS, the sleep deprivation has made my existing conditions worse. The Landlord (Freeholder) has ignored all three notices of disrepair. Any advice on what I can do next?
