Charge on a property but cant contact the company who have made the charge?

selling his property following the death of his wife - a number of charges in her name have been settled but one for a company called Britannica SARL is joint names - he is happy to clear it but there are no contact details - he didnt know about the charges from back in 2007 and the land registry have limited information? the company are apparently in Luxemburg!

Does the Land Registry information include an address? Have you tried the Luxembourg companies registry: https://guichet.public.lu/en/entrepr...tion-rcs.html?

Thank you for your responses - we have tried the Luxembourg address and phone number but no reply - I will try and contact the companies registry
