i sold a property in September this year. I just received a letter from the property management company stating that I overpaid service charges during 2020/21 and refund of £500 plus is due. They say in an email that this can only be applied to current property owners account!
Surely this can’t be right. I was the overpayer at the time. Not them. What can I say to them?
