A lovely row of 3/4 semi detached properties with outstanding views at the rear, all maintained well with tidy gardens and driveways then..... a couple move in and dig up the front lawn, put a little hardcore down and fill it with 6 cars untidy damaged cars, some with covers on - I understand he works at a garage as a mechanic. he drives a van that he parks down the road and the wife does drive a car that is parked outside the house on the road. I dont think he is running a buisness from home as he is out working but what can we do ? he hasnt lowered the pavement either...
of course this will devlaue our house prices. In a matter of months they ahve also ruined the rear garden that was so beautiful before they came.

Unless there is a planning issue or a legal nuisance that affects your use of your land ('nuisance' has a precise legal meaning), I cannot see any avenue of legal recourse that is open to you.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
