Can you claim content loss due to fire from neighbouring house?

I recently had to moved out of my house due to fire from my neighbouring house. It caught my house also and resulted in water and fire damage. I only hadbuilding insurance but not content. As the fire started from neighbouring property, is there any way we can claim content damage through my neighbours insurance?

To succeed in a claim against your neighbour (who you hope is insured) you would have to establish negligence by your neighbour.

The house was insured through commercial insurance. At the time of the event, the house was unoccupied and had been for few months. I understand the neighbour has put through his claim as victim.
