  • Short term rental - Scottish law

I own a flat in Glasgow, Scotland that I rent via a property rental agency (I have asked them this question already but I am not getting a clear answer).

Under scottish law, can I offer my tenant a "one month at a time" type rental agreement. My personal circumstances are challenging and I would like to have a backup plan of being able to move into the property myself if things go wrong at home.

Can someone tell me if there is a rental agreement that I can offer my tenant this kind of term please?

Thanks in advance for any help offered.
