After finding the terms from google FRI full repairing insuring lease and a IRI internal repairing lease, I cant find the proper term for A non repairing insuring lease, where the landlord is responceible for the up keep of the entire building and also the maintenance of all itinerary/ fixtures and fittings or furniture (for domestic)
