One thing which has come up here occasionally is the difficulty of getting a solicitor to deal with a neighbour dispute. I know that they are very unpopular with solicitors, because they tend to be intractable, and nobody emerges smelling of roses.
I know it is policy in many firms not to take on such cases.
Is that the experience here?
I was therefore surprised to see a firm advertising that it did take such cases. Would it be helpful and within policy to post their details here?
I have no connection to them, and neither recommend nor advise against their service. I know that they are a medium sized, multi-office firm who have been around for a couple of decades at least.
