the sound of silence! capturing neighbours delibrate noise on securitycam - legal?

If only neighbours were considerate! So , what advice given in a case like this. Camera firmly pointed at my garden front and back, so no issues there, but the sound of delibrate slamming is was i ideally want recorded as proof - what is the legalities of that captured on securitycam ?

It might be a data ptotection issue. A loud closing of a door is evidence of just that. Whether it become a deliberate slamming is a question of surrounding evidence. It might be a first step on a proof of harassment, but not much more.

Councils can intervene in such circumstances, so contact them. They can have a 'quite' word.
