  • Threatened with eviction due to complaint

Council entered my house and one of their employees refused to wear a mask, and even apparently peed in my sink, and after complaining the next year too (after they ignored me in 2021) since they wanted to enter again in 2022 they ignored my complaint and want me to leave the property now.

Nothing can be done to get you out until they have served an eviction notice. You can then appeal when the case is heard.

What are the appeals that are possible, though?

Wait for the notice to be served, if there is to be one and then you will know what they are claiming, so you will know what to appeal against. Let them make the first step.
