  • Overriding interest Questionnaire

    Hello everyone,

I am interested in a house that is being sold by auction. I wanted to go through the legal pack and I came across the Overriding Interest Questionnaire. I'm really new to the auction process, and, I have to admit, I am struggling to understand what the ticked boxes mean and how this affects the house.

If someone will be kind enough to help me understand it, trying to explain it to a certain extent, I would be very grateful.

    Thank you very much.

    HZR

PS: I have tried to post a picture of the questionnaire, but apparently I am not allowed to add attachements. Hence I'm sharing a WeTransfert link with the picture. https://we.tl/t-ufyHXXGazO
