My neighbour has a ROW to access the rear of his property however he does have two other accesses to his property at the front and side. The problem is overuse. He is having a constant stream of visitors in and out blocking my only access in and out my property. I have had words he does not care. The road belongs to someone else they have told him not to do it. Its got to a point now I'm sick of it. He has plenty of parking and a drive but why park there when he can park at the rear and block my drive. The council will not get involved. The landowner isn't too bothered and I don't want to be a pain to him however it's beyond a joke. The neighbour is an unreasonable person and seems to do it on purpose. When I say no neighbour like him it's an understatement as he seems to get pleasure out of annoying people. Is there anything legal I can do.

I take it the easement is noted on your title register.

if so you can stop it by taking him to court provided you can show his interference with your right is substantial.

you will need evidence ,lots of evidence ,pictures and a log with dates and times
