    My wife been fund guilty in 2015 been taken to court Community service she had tag for 3 months she been paying 20 pound a month until last October she has passed away with cancer still a lot money to pay they send me later recently asking to pay but I didn’t go to court was all in her name my name not even in the house they send me agreement to pay 23 pound after 2 days they want to review i don’t what to do

    Tell them that your wife has died and to direct their claim to the executor. You are ot responsible for someone else's debt

      Sorry for your loss.

      The over payment wasn't made to you. You weren't taken to court. Your late wife was responsible for the repayment.

      You need to contact the welfare officer at your local council or your local CAB office.

        I will call them tomorrow even the income form in her name they don’t what do she left few thousand I will pay them and that’s all

          You can review of loan and check any insurance while taking loan because it should be insurance with loan or consult any expert loan advocate
