    Hi,

Thank you - that actually makes a lot more sense than how I was reading it!

I was told by the previous owner it was a communal space (although didn't realise it belonged to me according to deeds). I don't have a problem with it being a visitor space it just currently seems to be used solely by house A for parking and including their bin/rubbish storage so no one else can use it. And I assume I am responsible for the boundary fence to the space as there is no direct neighbour to it just communal verge (the land house A is wanting to buy)

Whilst I have concentrated on the 3 houses in the terrace there is a whole estate and being one of these modenish 'keep the cars off the roads type' estates all houses have some sort of allocated parking/garage and there are numerous visitor spaces throughout although I've never had the need to use any (I don't live there and have only ever used mine and the space in question when visiting).

I don't have the full deeds so don't have the full wording. I also don't have a colour copy (or readable it's so small) for the whole estate to see where other blue/'C' spaces are. I suspect I would need to get the full deeds for A to get this rather than the extract I have.

So the plan you obtained from land Registry is not the same as the copy of the deeds you received when you purchased the property!

It could be that an error was made when the properties were registered so as advised by IdefixUK you should try for any further information held by LR

The Land Registry is the Title plan (not in as much detail as one of the ones I have with my full deeds) and the Title Register. I think I probably need to buy something different.
