James brought a property without being informed on 3 restrictive covenants which are
(a.) Not to carry out any trade, business, or profession on the land;
(b.) To pay a monthly maintenance cost towards the communal landscaped
garden;
(c.) Not to use the land in for any agricultural purpose including keeping
poultry on the land.
James has received an invoice for the monthly cost and had converted the garage to a dog grooming salon
Can anyone tell me the options a solicitor would recommend .
