Hi, I am looking for some advice on my driveway. At the bottom of my drive on the main road SP energy was doing major work that required very heavy equipment lorries, diggers and rollers they all came up my drive at one point and now my drive is damaged. SP energy asked me to supply photographs of my drive to show it wasn’t damaged before they started work, I don’t have any photographs of drive as it’s 100 metres long. They are basically saying no photographs no repairs. I have photographs and videos of there lorries on the drive but that’s after the damage was done. Should I walk away or get a solicitor to fight my case.
