Do we have any right to find out who will be moving in next door?

Hi all. Our old neighbours have now moved out and we understand the property has now sold.
Just curioys but is there any way to find out who our new neighbours will be i.e rented / family/ etc?
I guess there is no obligation on the part of the selling agent to help us in this one?

I think we would all quietly like to know ahead if the event. But I assumed correct in terms of not being able to find out
