    If you are paid upto date he cant issue a section 21 it will be a section 8,

        Your right, just testing, It's late I'm confused its been a long day. A section 21 is no fault.

            I think I would, as suggested, give one or two times during which viewing is possible. For example Saturday 10 till 11am or Wed evening 6 till 7. Say that all other times are not convenient. Then the LL/Agent can shoehorn all viewings into those times. You are being reasonable and complying with the tenancy agreement if you do so in my view. I could not see any court evicting you for this!
