  • Renting a room

    Hello,
I would like to rent a room and I found this passage in the contract:
    "2. LICENCE TO OCCUPY (...)
2.2 The Licensee acknowledges that: (...)
    (c) the Licensor retains control and possession of the Room and the remainder of the Property and the Licensee has no right to
exclude the Licensor from the Room or remainder of the Property".

May the landlord come to my room without informing me and I cannot tell him to not do it like that?
    What does it actually mean?

    Regards
