Hi there I'm new here, just a question I live on a quite estate in a bungalow, it's a council estate,my problem is with my neighbour,they are building a scaffolders builders yard in back garden,its really upsetting me and my husband as was always so peaceful here,it is private next door and not council, but there are different scaffold wagons pulling up all the time offloading and loading,at all times of day it's like living on a builders site, what are our rights ? Could anyone give us any information please?

Check with your local council to see if they have permission to operate a business on the land.
