Party wall tilted

Hi,

How can I force / request neighbour to fix the party wall between our houses? Their part of the wall is severely tilted and leaned on our wall making our wall tilted but slightly less.

Now their house is vacant we want to grab the chance to request them to do a lateral restraint fix with their wall to avoid it becoming bigger issue. What is the best way? Should I contact a party wall specialist or solicitor or council maybe?

Could you explain the circumstances more clearly please?
Are these parallel walls?
Are they garden walls.

Do they own the wall that is leaning?

A party wall straddles the boundary between two properties, so where is the leaning wall situate?

If it is one wall, how is it leaning on your wall?

You mention their part of the wall leaning on your wall, so is there one wall or two?
