Getting rent reduction for subsidence.

Hi
I live in a block of flats that is suffering from subsidence, and wondered if anyone in the past had go a reduction in rent for this?
If you did great would you please give me an idea as to what I have to do, please?
If you have been unsuccessful in doing this then would you let me know on what grounds it was?

Why do you want a reduction for subsidence? Has it reduced your enjoyment of the property?
