  • What right does she have?

I posted in another forum that I知 potentially being left a house in a will but we値l not get in to that.

im sure this as has been asked many of times....

so my question is me and my partner have a child on the way.she has two from a previous marriage.Sadly we池e so on and on.If I was to get this house in question and made sure she didn稚 pay any bills and my son is in my home would I stand any right for her not being able to take the house off me?

The answer to this, Asherd, question depends on several factors. The two chief ones are: in whose name the title deeds of the house are under and whether you are married to your partner. That, of course, depends on you being left the house in the will and coming to be its owner.

It looks like there will be a dispute over the property. Is this so?

If you're not married I don't think she has any rights to it.
