Hello All - Please can someone help me with this question. I am looking to knock down my current property due to subsidence and replace it with 2 new properties. I would be looking to build the first property and then sell this to fund the second property - but my aim is to live in the second property long term. Can someone please advise me the minimum amount of time I must live permanently in the first property before selling to avoid any possible Tax implications? Many thanks for your help!
