I have been a very busy girl today - the pre-lim letter is now done for this 2nd Mortgage account we had with them between 2003 and 2004. We have racked up £325 charges and with staty interest it comes to £500+.

Next is a LBA not sure what to put in this letter! can someone help!

I would reply with a shorter, more succinct version of the preliminary already sent. There isn't really an awful lot you can add to it.
