  • Annoying ‘restaurant’

    Hi all,
Hopefully this is the right place to post this. In the past month or so a new fast food shack has opened up on our road. Our road has already been a struggle for some things like parking and this place makes it worse. I am not sure if they have the relevant permissions to open as it looks like a shack attached to another building. I don’t know if they are tax registered either. A similar place opened here before and got closed down but now this one has opened. They are a real nuisance opening early and playing loud music along with closing late and having daily bbq outside on the street. They also drink, double park and are antisocial meaning I don’t really feel ok with going outside. They drive dangerously up and down the road along with many other things.*

My question is what can I do within my power as a normal citizen to try and get this placed either closed or stop them from being a nuisance as this is honestly not the right place for a fast food place being opened.

Thus far I have already complained to the council about noise and said the other issues are police concerns. I have complained and called the police multiple times but nothing seems to have happened.
