hi ive got a question, im looking to open a micropub, and saw a shop i wanted to rent, the owner is more than happy with the idea and wants me to trent the propery, however i am told there is an ancient methodist law/rule in the deed that says i cannot sell intoxicating liquor. now the premises has been sold on a few times since then. and when i went downstairs i there wasa wine cellar with the shelves named with bottles of wine. i also noted the hHQ of the methodist church applied for a licence so my question is this, can ignore twhat it says in the deed, or do i move on and try a different premises im in the uk*
