  • Charging notice on a property

Does a charge on a property have an expiry date? Can a credit card company put a charge on your property? If the credit card company sells the debt can the company who bought the debt put a charge on your property? If you were unwell and unable to deal with court papers regarding a charge on your property can you go back to the court and have the charge removed? Thank you in advance for any help recieved.

I would have thought the that debt would be cleared once all payments are made. And yes a C/C company can put a charge on property.
