  • first plus secured loan

Sorry for my absence lately partly due to work and partly as I am trying to learn a bit about re-possessions and a lot of the cases seem to be OTR at the moment. But I hope what I pick up will be useful if you get any cases here.

    A general question.

On a secured loan should there always be an independent witness signature?

On a case I am trying to help - the FirstPlus agent witnessed the loan

There appears to be mis-selling of PPI and irresponsible lending ( could not really afford plus possible negative equity at the time of the loan.)

I will try and get him on here as close to possession - but difficult as thats what my pms were banned for last time.!
