larnd lord will not repair the boiler

Hi
I have a short hold tenancy agement and the propery had a working gas boilere that supplied hot water and central heating
Is it there or my responcibity to make sure it works?

Depends upon lease agreement - get that out and have a read.

Its the landlords responsibility to have a gas safety check every year.
