  • Help with LPA Receivers - I think paper work is incorrect??

So LPA receivers have been appointed to a property I own. The bank have sent the appointment letter and its signed by the Bank but the not the LPA's - just no signature where there should be one? Does this mean this is incorrect? Can I use it to get the LPA's appointment voided?

Also the loan I had was for £400,000 on a buy to let. It was issued in 2016 - is regulated at all - anywhere? By anyone?

The longer story is that I had an LPA assigned to another property by a different lender - again am not really sure why but dodgy lenders who loan to own. The LPA receivers also took the freehold on a no monies charge giving them control. They told the other bank above, who they also work for, there was a defect in the leases. The bank issued a formal demand without telling me what the defect was, or giving me any time to rectify it, within 7 days they had appointed the LPA's.

Can I do anything? Am at risk of loosing everything and Im getting no info from anyone?

Please help - am so lost.
