Hi. Hopefully this is a straightforward question for someone??? Ie; property is owned outright, four person shared interest, one person has had charge applied for £5k. This party has rescinded their share and is happy to have their name taken off land registry. Q-can you have this persons name taken off land registry but the charge stays on. The property is valued at £120k, the property has a life long interest for the occupiers (mum/dad/pensioners). The owners are mum, three siblings (one of which has the charge applied to the property). Thank you for reading,
