Hi,
served a section 6 a notice so found a new house. the landlord agreed to release us early on the 19st June 2019. Agent confirmed this. since then no response by agent nor landlord regarding any claims. asked several times simply no response. left house after 5 years immaculate not made 1 single pic hole in that time. perfect. so why wont they give me copy of leaving report or say what they want to claim.
refused to even acknowledge any email. I believe the 10 days are up.
Any advice.
