    Hi can someone please help.

I really urgently need some advise concerning the sale of a property.

My ex is on the land registry as the legal owner but there is a clause in it that says

    1. " 3 (13.09.2010) RESTRICTION: No disposition by the proprietors of the registered estate is to be registered unless one or more of them makes a statutory declaration or statement of truth, or their conveyancer gives a certificate, that the disposition is in accordance with the declaration of trust dated 20 August 2010 and made between XXX my old GF (1) and XXXXX (me) (2) or some variation thereof referred to in the declaration, statement or certificate." There is also a declaration of trust in place to which this registered entry refers which in a nut shell shows I am a 50/50 owner of the property. My concern here is that she is going ahead and selling the property (SSTC) but has not kept me informed of the sale price or costs associated with the sale, effectively dictating the outcome of the sale and proceeds for something that is jointly owned. The estate agent have equally gone ahead and followed the sales process without considering or advising third parties involved (me). Is there anything I can do, this just feels so wrong and exposes me even though I have a legal right to the property just as much as she does. Any help advise please, this is urgent. Thanks.
