Can anyone help? I've recently split with partner, not married. The current house is in joint names and we have been there just over 2 years. I put £95k into the house from a previous property at the start. How do I stand? Is my partner entitled to half the equity, or half less my original payment? Thank You in advance if anyone can help.
Split with non married partner, how is equity get split if one has put in more?

Hi,
If you hold the property as Joint tenants and no arrangement was made in relation to you putting more money in then it will just be a 50/50 split. The information I supply is provided for informational purposes only and, should not be construed as legal advice.
